TERMS AND CONDITIONS

for the use of the website and online sales
(adapted for the Register.it e-commerce platform)

1. Website Owner Information

This website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is owned by SAVIN MILANO di Elisabetta Savin, with registered office at Via Lazzaretto 16, 20124 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT No. 13905250968, REA MI – 2751212.

The Website is hosted and managed through the infrastructure and e-commerce services provided by Register.it, which acts as the technical service provider and hosting provider.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern:

  • access to and browsing of the Website;

  • use of the e-commerce functionalities;

  • distance selling of the products offered;

  • the contractual relationship between the Website Owner and the user.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the Website and submission of an order constitute full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Users are required to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with a purchase.

4. Technical Operation of the Website (Register.it)

The Website is built on the Register.it e-commerce platform, which provides:

  • hosting services;

  • product catalogue management tools;

  • checkout systems;

  • integration with payment service providers;

  • standard IT security measures.

The Website Owner shall not be liable for:

  • temporary disruptions to the platform;

  • malfunctions attributable to technical maintenance;

  • interruptions of service caused by circumstances beyond the Website Owner's direct control.

5. Products

The products sold through the Website consist of jewellery and luxury accessories, often handcrafted.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Any minor differences in colour, finish or detail shall not constitute a lack of conformity.

6. Prices and Taxes

All prices are expressed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Any shipping costs, taxes or additional charges will be clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

7. Purchase Procedure

The purchase process is carried out through the Register.it e-commerce interface and includes:

  1. selection of products;

  2. entry of shipping and billing information;

  3. selection of the payment method;

  4. confirmation of the order.

Submission of an order constitutes a contractual offer.

The contract shall be deemed concluded only once the Website Owner has sent an order confirmation email.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through systems integrated into the Register.it platform and by certified external payment service providers.

The Website Owner:

  • does not store complete payment card details;

  • does not have direct access to the user's banking information.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the user during checkout.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

  • destination;

  • product availability;

  • handcrafted production and processing times.

The Website Owner shall not be liable for delays attributable to couriers or events of force majeure.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.

11. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the circumstances provided for under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, particularly in relation to:

  • personalised or made-to-measure products;

  • products that have been engraved, modified or adapted at the user's request.

12. Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must:

  • send written notice to the Website Owner;

  • return the product intact, unworn and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the user.

13. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

14. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Website Owner shall not be liable for:

  • improper use of the products;

  • technical disruptions affecting the Register.it platform;

  • loss of data resulting from unforeseeable events or circumstances beyond the Website Owner's control.

16. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Website is the exclusive property of the Website Owner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

17. Processing of Personal Data

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For consumers, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the consumer's place of residence or domicile.

In all other cases, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
